INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Location, Location, Location

 CPI II plans to invest in 6-8 apartments located right in the city center, closest to the two most strategic locations of our short-term rental clients:

  1. the Convention center, Palais des Festivals, for our busines clients
  2. the Croisette beaches, for our private clients

We will acquire properties that are located no more than a maximum of 8 minutes’ walk away from these two landmarks.

We will invest in apartments that offers a minimum living space of 90m2, where we can create or develop a minimum of 3 bedrooms – all with en-suite bathrooms.

Acquisition prices will vary between € 8-10,000, per square meter – depending on condition and location.

Renovation prices will vary between € 1.500 – € 2,500, per square meter, which will allow us to propose a unique product to the rental market and after 5 years of rentals, selling it on the general market, to very attractive prices.

The interior design of the properties will follow our Scandinavian style guide, developed already in our first investment fund, CPI I, where three different levels of designs has been created:

The Scandinavian Urban brand, is designed for traveling nomads, who requests a modern design and a functional, almost minimalistic interior – often smaller in size, and the cheapest of the three quality levels.

The Scandinavian Suite brand, is designed for clients, who are used to and are searching for a 4-star hotel comfort, and more spacious rooms. It is our most popular brand and quality level.

The Scandinavian Prestige brand, is the ultimate level of luxury, similar to the a 5-star hotel comfort, with very spacious rooms, terraces and typically stunning sea views.

We will therefore be able to select the investment objects with great accuracy in relation to the concept and profitability requirements
