Benny Guld has more than 20 years of sales and management experience in IT companies, such as IBM and Oracle. Since his most recent position of CEO of Oracle Denmark, Benny Guld has spent more than fifteen years of dedicated focus on helping IT growth companies to achieve success,with his own recruitment and coach company, called CareerSearch, which today is the natural business partner for ambitious founders, entrepreneurs and capital owners when building and developing a strong CxO-team.

Benny Guld, has himself participated in investing appr. 300 million Danish Kroner in IT growth companies as a co-founder and portfolio partner in IVS (today www.northcap.vc). Furthermore, he has board experience from more than fifteen growth companies and thus he is well aware of the challenges that growth companies must deal with when setting up the management team.

Benny Guld is a co-founder of Cannes Property Invest, and QAUTIO – two French companies which offers real estate investment projects, Property management and rental management services

Claus Fermann also more than 20 years of sales and management experience in IT companies, such as SAS Institute and Oracle. Since his most recent position of EMEA Marcom Director, Oracle, Claus Fermann has spent some 10 years as an independent Management consultant, helping IT Telecom companies with business development and breakthrough programs.

Since 2008, where Claus Fermann moved to the French Riviera, he has been the CEO and co-founder of the now leading Rentals company in Cannes, QAUTIO, which delivers professional sourcing and accommodation services to many international companies, such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Uber, PWC and Deloitte.

Claus Fermann is the co-founder of Cannes Property Invest, which in 2017 delivered its first Investment fund (CPI I), with a private equity of 5M€, and the acquisition of 14 properties in Cannes. Claus Fermann holds a French professional license as a realtor.
